Franco started his career in film right out of highschool. He had a bit of experience on a film set and went on to study Film in Argentina. After that he  went on to a career that spans two decades in Mexico and the US. In his younger years he worked for huge advertising production services as Unit Production Manager and 1st Assistant Director. He has experience shooting and doing services for major advertising production companies such as Academy, RSA, Believe Media, Stink, and many others. He also has experience as 1st AD on a few feature films as well as Second Unit Director for others. 

He continued to build a career as a Director for advertising, working globally around the world: US, Canada, Middle East and Asia. He has extensive experience working with different crews and cultures. 

He is the Managing Partner and Head of Production for Bronson Film, and has made Roatan his home since 2020. 

Damian has worked in TV for many years and is the right hand man you need for any project. With knowledge and experience in Production, but also keen on camera equipment, lighting and technical on-set nuances. He is also an experienced editor. 

He has called Roatan his home since 2005, so he knows every single location, person and approach to shooting in The Bay Islands.
